Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Morning Fares (the "service"). By creating an account or subscribing, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

1. The service

Morning Fares emails subscribers flight deals from their chosen home airport, and may send alerts about unusually low fares. We find and share fares; we are not a travel agent or airline, and we don't sell tickets. Any booking you make is with a third-party airline or booking site, under its terms.

2. Fares can change

Fares come from third-party sources and change constantly. A fare we share may no longer be available, may differ when you search, or may exclude bags, seats and fees. Airlines sometimes cancel fares published by mistake. Always check the final price and conditions before you book. We are not responsible for fare changes, availability, or airline decisions.

3. Your account

You must be at least 18 to subscribe. Keep your login details secure and give us an accurate email address. You're responsible for activity on your account.

4. Subscriptions, trials and billing

Plans are $5.99/month or $49/year (about 32% less than monthly), plus any applicable taxes.
New subscribers get a 7-day free trial, limited to one per person. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your chosen plan starts and you are charged automatically.
Subscriptions renew automatically each month or year until you cancel. Payments are processed by Stripe.
You can cancel anytime from your account ("Manage billing or cancel"). Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you keep access until then.
Payments are non-refundable for partial periods, except where required by law. If something went wrong, email hello@morningfares.com and we'll do our best to make it right.
We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice by email. Changes apply from your next renewal, and you can cancel before then.

5. Affiliate links

Some links to booking sites are affiliate links. If you book through them, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. This never changes the price you pay.

6. Acceptable use

Our emails are for your personal use. Please don't resell or republish them, scrape the service, or use it in a way that harms it or other users. Forwarding the occasional deal to a friend is fine.

7. Our content

The Morning Fares name, website and emails belong to us. You may not copy or redistribute them except as these terms allow.

8. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranties about the accuracy of fares, the availability of deals, or uninterrupted service.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Morning Fares is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including missed fares, travel costs or booking problems. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Ending the service

You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. If we shut down the service, we will refund any unused prepaid period.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

12. Changes and contact
